P.f. Chang's - Winston-Salem

This was our first time visiting this location, but we are big fans of the chain and its food. We had made a reservation for our table and were seated promptly upon arrival, which was the main reason we decided to stop here on this trip. I really wish more restaurants allowed reservations, as we are all so busy and planning in advance just makes life easier for us. Anyway, when my crispy honey chicken was served, it looked perfect but was surprisingly spicier than I had expected. I initially thought it was just me, but our wonderful waitress Candice noticed that I wasn't enjoying the meal as much.

My husband and I arrived for a late lunch at this restaurant. There weren't many other customers there, so we were quickly seated by the friendly hostess. Our waitress, Mary Catherine, greeted us promptly and made sure my meal was gluten-free and safe to eat. She provided excellent service and the food was delicious. Overall, it was a great experience! I highly recommend this location in Winston-Salem, NC.

The service at the start was fast and amazing, but it took a long time for our entrees to arrive. The food was mediocre and nothing special. The flavors in dishes like the orange chicken, honey chicken, crab wontons, egg rolls, and apple crunch were a bit odd. The only standout dish was the hot and sour soup. Overall, we were very disappointed. We had received a gift card for Christmas and decided to go for our anniversary but we won't be returning.

I had my first ever experience in Chinese cuisine at PF Chang's which was totally worth it! Memorable treat! Quality of their food is promising and so is their quantity. I liked their shrimp preparation very much..also the roasted beans and barbeque chicken and the hot and sour soup.Excellent preparations. A perfect place for gastronomical delight :D Highly recommended.

Had dinner with my family at this location. I usually eat at the Greensboro location but I had an awesome time here. Mary Catherine was only 3 days out of training and she was amazing! Kirk, the manager also came over and introduced himself as well. Great job team. Thank you for making my dinner an awesome experience.
