Mcdonald's - Winston-Salem

This McDonald's location is your standard fast food spot. I used the drive-thru and found the staff to be friendly and my order was accurate.

This is the best McDonald's I have had in a long time. I usually don't write reviews, but I had to for this one. The service was super fast and the food was of high quality.

My granddaughter enjoyed the breakfast biscuit. The lady working in the morning is very friendly and always cheerful.

Being charged and not receiving it is always super frustrating. it does not seem to get order right, even if it is repeated. for large drinks and only given media. ask for a speckbiscuit with only speck, extra speck and there are cheese on it? it is not hard to listen when someone speaks or reads the screen with the ordering information about it. the people do not come there to give the employees simply what they feel, instead of actually giving customers what they demand. please, do it better.

It is probably the slowest mcdonald’s I was, and they don’t seem to care about their waiting period or the quality of their food. they stand there and ignore the presence of customers who are waiting to order or pay or simply ask for something. food: 3/5
