Diamondback Grill - Winston-Salem

We used Diamondback Grill Catering for an open house event that was organized by a business that had just opened up in the Winston Salem area. Dean and his team were a pleasure working and the food was amazing! I look forward to working with them again.

Love the location here! Only the road from us in a quiet area and a nice change from the stripe mall traffic. They have pleasant outdoor seating and the interior has a lot of character. Everything on the menu looked great and had a hard time to decide! On some light and paleo you don't see too many places. Total great experience! Will definitely return! Thank you.

Had a very good dinner with friends. The staff was wonderful and so was the food!

Everything was perfect. The products were fresh and delicious. The aromas created a melody in my mouth. Started with crust tail and they were cooked for perfection with two delicious sauces for immersion. The salads were very tasteful, fresh and crisp. I had the Snapper Special and my wife had the salmon. Both were fantastic. Even the tea I drank with my meal was delicious. I'm back.

9 of us were able to get a table right away.... yay! The BBQ ribs were absolutely perfect. Very accomodating about subbing in different sides. Good beer good service. Prices a little high but good quality. Pecan bourbon pie was to die for!
