Bidrage med feedbackFood is good, good recommendations I had autumn squash soup, was simply not interested in the pumpkin seeds in it. They gave a lot of bread, it was cold and hard.
Last time I was there a girl in Pyjama-Boden and Crocs answered the phone and made jokes with staff while waiting on her phone all the time and customers. Some of the employees were new, I don't owe them. The manager or layer manager this night was rude and leaned into her inability, as she clearly doesn't know how to talk to customers effectively, appropriately or professionally. I was in this restaurant since they opened and had some ups downs, but this is the most appalling of my visits. 50% of people were great, the other half, should not work, as they obviously do not want to do the job right. Trim the fat or keep the doors closed. This should not be the experience you expect from a chain.
I belong to the Sip Cup and the last time I moved for a diet soda, someone worked on the soda fountain. I had to get something else that's okay, but I don't like having to fall back on something else all the time...
I've been working here for 4 months and I've seen every day villains. Roaches crawl in and around the pastries. I and my manager saw a robbery crawling on some cookies and then crawl into cinnamon rolls. I asked her if I could throw away all the affected pastries and she said I couldn't because the display must look full, but that she wouldn't sell it, except not even 5 minutes later I saw her sell to a family with a smile on her face. There are also baby rolls in the sink. I don't know how bad the kitchen is because I didn't work on it, even though I once found a rash in my bread. Here in this picture I let you see a Rach right next to the sanitation evaluation. It doesn't seem very sanitary to me!
Ordering online and picking up in the store is very convenient and reduces wait times. Only issue I find is when ordering a drink, I often have to find an employee to give me the drink cup. Not a huge deal, but employees are already working hard. Why not put a stack of cups near the to-go pick ups?
