This place has amazing customer service! I can't say that enough! the owner lavie helped me and she was impeccable. I tried to send my friend a little surprise today for Valentine's Day and I am from chicago. I've been trying to find a place all morning to help me. by chance called gigi’s and lavie helped immediately. such a pleasant online experience she is very friendly and made the complicated process very stressful free. recommend them for any future event! I appreciate this business that complements my supply request with personal note and helps me to make this day even more special.

I am so thankful that Gigi's accommodates allergies, especially for those who cannot have gluten. It’s wonderful to enjoy a delicious treat every now and then! Yay for Gigi's! Everything is not only super tasty but also beautifully presented!

I absolutely love Gigi's Cupcakes! The cupcakes themselves are fantastic, and the staff makes every visit worthwhile. Plus, the owner is amazing!

The cupcakes are tasty, but I don't think they're worth the price! I paid over $16 for just four cupcakes. The flavors included chocolate, cookies and cream, red velvet, and birthday cake.
