Efficient, pleasant staff. Orders correctly. Eat well. Internal counters should be cleaned more often. Outdoor pick-up windows should be washed daily. Landscaping attractive.

This place is so hit or miss. It's a real 50-50 chance ride thru. If it's good, it's good. If it's bad, it's bad. Two McDoubles without cheese were ordered in the bag with receipts to the wrappers that did not specify cheese. Both had cheese. Fail. Something really packed was my crispy chicken sandwich. After my last BK experience, I had to try another chain for comparison. Three tiny pimples on a fried piece of chicken was very bland and not worth order again. Wow! Whoever in the Winsted McDonalds 12/29/19 at 4 a.m. gave us the worst fast food order we ever had for decades at every McDonalds! I don't think it was because we used a voucher for two big Macs for five dollars, as we have their vouchers before and the food is exactly as it would be if you bought the full price. Maybe our request has thrown one of the Big Macs away from the employee on a lonely rabbit. I should have photographed her. Both of the Big Mac's came with kernelless regular rolls, not one, had no middle roll between the burgers at all, had neither cheese or pickles, one had no special sauce and the other perhaps half a teaspoon, little onion at all on both, and then both were with salad to the point, it was all over the inside of the box, as well. Holy cow. We definitely have no desire to eat another Big Mac anytime soon, as a result. This person should not be in the kitchen! For this visit to this particular McDonald's, I would just give it a star. When I write down collective about McDonalds as a chain, I give him four stars. Overall, the only comment I can make about McDonalds, what would most of us do without it? It offers a great service for those on the street, in a hurry or simply fade. Now that all day they added breakfast to the menu, something I thought they should have done for decades, it's even better. Prices vary. Amazingly, a customer can thru drive or board and get a value product meal for a dollar, but regular orders, either alone or mixed with the values, can add up to twenty dollars for three.

This place always works pretty well to get the food ASAP. Never had a problem here!
