Moxie's Grill & Bar - Winnipeg

I've never been in a jet game, so I really don't understand all that hoopla about going to one. but of what I saw last Saturday when I was in moxie at lunchtime when a jet game was, it seems that a large part of the experience is based on drinking and screaming. for me and my friend try to enjoy a quiet talk about lunch that was quite intrusive. on the other hand, eating was good and our server was excellent. I had the fish with guacamole on the side. I enjoyed the tacos, but the guacamole would have done with more cilantro and more paprika for my taste, as it was quite bland tasting. my friend had the meat vindaloo that she says is her usual order in this restaurant, so I suppose it was good. I also appreciated the fact that moxie puts her nutritional content on her website as I currently observe my food intake. kudos for it.

The family went here to the New Year lunch, from the greeting to the departure our service was top notch! the food was absolutely delicious and we all tried something new: salmon avocado cob salat, wing, cheddar cheese broccoli suppe plus children grilled chicken and jasmin rice our common items bruschetta and calamari made to perfection. our drinks replaced before we were asked with the manager to make sure we enjoy what we ordered! omg and the bathroom were clean that is a huge bonus and reflects how they care what the consumer sees! all in all I really enjoyed this restaurant and deserves the 5 review. they will not be disappointed at this point! everything good to eat in a clean, well organized restaurant!

Good service..and eating was good..good place to go before the game, but would recommend to go early. parking could be a problem and can be expensive at the playag

Didn't have a reservation when we walked in, we were heading to the Disturbed concert at the Bell MTS center, no problem at all getting a table and very fast in taking our drink/food orders. Very impressed with the quality of care the floor manager...provided as I have a dairy allergy, she made sure that all I ordered was safe to eat. Our server was excellent, no issues with anyone at all,,, and the food had amazing flavour and portions were excellent. Would highly recommend dining at this place, unfortunately I had the manager and server write their name down on a card, but no go, I couldn't read their names, but wish I had as the two of them were beyond excellent. Those two need to move up in their jobs.

I had the veggie curry bowl which was a good sized serving. I was with 3 friends and we all enjoyed our meal. Having lunch before going to the theatre.
