Golden Loong Restaurant - Winnipeg

Food was very flavourful, I had the Sautéed Chicken in Iron Wok! I asked for them to make it the same spice level as it is in Sichuan province and they complied. It was really hot and I loved it! The sticky white steamed rice well complimented the dish. A really nice, friendly guy served me who knew the menu well and understood my taste.

First time here was last year. It’s become a favourite since then. We get the green beans when they have them) and the peppery chicken every time. Lovely to have authentic northern Chinese food. Only wish it was closer :

Great food, great flavor, amazing hand pulled noodles. Price a bit high, but I would definitely return again and again.Nice staff, friendly and helpful.Docked a star because I felt the price wad a bit high.

The Xian style noodles here are the best in Manitoba, also provide delicious other Chinese dishes. I have been here for few times and they even have vegetarian dishes. I specifically tried sour and spicy flavour dishes. Definitely recommend if you like Asian cuisines and looking to try things in Winnipeg.

The cold noodles are very good. Eggplant dish was good as well. it was a good experience trying chinese dishes other than the common western Chinese/ southern Chinese
