Bidrage med feedbackWe passed by the new location of this place on Grant Avenue. It looked cool and fun and we were excited to try a new place to eat and drink. The area is sorely lacking an excellent pub experience. Huge mistake. It was chain restaurant tacky and the female servers had to wear catholic school girl short skirts with knee socks and wear a t shirt that said " Keep your pints on" or something similarly demeaning. A male server was sporting an appropriate length kilt ( I guess he had an choice on skirt length.) just grazing knee. But, OK. we order: WORST FOOD EVER! Straight out of the frozen plastic bag into the fryer terrible! The chips: Right out of the freezer. The fish in the fish and chips: Tiny, greasy tasteless and WAAAY over priced for the quality. A cider: $10.00! Nothing good about this place except the very positive and polite server. Stay FAR away if you value your health and your wallet and if you feel even a tiny bit of solidarity for the female population of the world.
Went there taco Tuesday and had 3 tacos, one of each kind: the cauliflower taco had only 2 tiny pieces of cauliflower! I asked the server if this was normal she said yes, each one gets only 2. The chicken was ok, but the fish taco was hard and stale. The corn chips were also stale. Then I was charged $3.50 for a side of very bland mango salsa. All of this cost $20.00, what a waste for tasteless food and tiny portions.
Food was great, let us have a area for party and helped with cake etc...great attitudes..they even cleaned up decorations etc.....waitresses were great....love this place.
I'd say the service was average, the food and menu are not very inspiring, and you pay a bit more than it's worth. It's not bad, it's just not very good.
Ordered fish taste and texture were underwhelming ,when we told the server we did not like it,had a strong fishy taste.attitude was too bad,so sad May give it one more try before we boycott. Found it pricy
