Graeter's Ice Cream - Winnetka

It was pretty good ice cream. It sounded more intriguing in the description of malted milk ice cream with pretzels and brownies, but it was just okay. Nothing to complain about, but it just wasn?t crazy good.

Amazing ice cream. One of the best ice cream shops I have ever visited in the USA. The shop has a rich history, and, I must say that, the shop's location allows you to enjoy the rich creaminess of the ice cream while on a promenade with your loved one on the main road of Winnetka. If you do this during those beautiful evenings in July, you will feel the wind from Lake Michigan caress your cheeks, and you will feel the heavenly touch of angels as you bring down salted caramel and dark chocolate brownie into your tummy. I cannot wait to go back.

It was delicious, I chose coconut chocolate chip and it did not disappoint. The chocolate chips were almost the size of mini chocolate bars. They also sell cakes, fine chocolates and lollipops.

The ice cream was mediocre at best. Half of my ice cream seemed very crystallized like it had freezer burn. The employee who helped us rolled his eyes and acted like he didn?t even want to be there while serving us because we asked for an extra cone. I think we will keep trying other places before coming back here again.

Came last night at 9:40, the workers refused to make me a milkshake because it was “too late” and they wanted to close early. That's absurd, I've never experienced such a bad customer service.
