Cindy is a hired person who works with these bikini wheels and she gives this place a bad name. cindy is rude and has an evil attitude when they are so polite with her. she put her around in my ice and didn't think I would see that she did that it was as bad as cindy is with customers who are friendly. cindy isn't any one you want to work for you and have a lot of luck if you want to get out of those bikini wheels and serve you cindy.

The sales girl did not use gloves and she was cutting bananas and touching it with her bare hands. I was disgusted! She touched the bananas on my banana royale and the servings were SO SMALL compared to the BR on chatsworth and lindley. Also, they charge 0.85 for “extra” almonds on the sundae that wasn’t even extra. Looked exactly the other banana royale without extra almonds at other BR locations. The owners here must have trained their employees to be extremely stingy! The sales girl gave me 2 napkins when I asked for napkins for my kids and myself! TWO pieces of flimsy napkins.The owner manager came out and gave me a hard time for using my kid’s free kid’s scoop coupon for her birthday.Terrible management and service. Unsanitary practices. Overall poor experience.

Lol they said rainbow sherbert is out of stock but they still gave me rainbow sherbert

Bad customer service. I went there on Saturday with my family to get some packaged ice cream. My kids opened the refrigerator door to pick the flavors they wanted but one of the workers with a bad attitude I don't know her name but she looked Indian started scolding us saying that because of COVID we couldn't open the refrigerator and needed to ask her instead. I don't understand. After restrictions are being lifted they don't even let you open the refrigerator? You don't hear that when you go to the supermarket, and there are a bunch of refrigerators there! We couldn't even see what flavors they had and it made it very awkward and uncomfortable to have her standing there telling us the flavors and rushing us to decide.

When my kids and I came to get some ice cream, Troy assisted us. He was suuch a sweet, helpful, and kind young man!! This Baskin Robins is definitely the one to go to if you want fresh ice cream and superb service!!!
