The dishes all have an exciting element. Often it is the extra rich little things that are tastefully charming and “uninhabited” in taste. This gives the courts an individual touch. Especially the pigeon and the red bar convinced me with creative flavors and quite courageous use of flavors. Some things seem unpleasantly articulated and forced so that in detail not everything is really conclusive. In addition, the impressive ambience of the restaurant, which offers the perfect stage for food at the highest level, and I believe that the foods have also redeemed. The service acts here less personally, rather professionally neutral, but fulfills every wish with great self-evidentness. The fact that a third party is sought here is remarkable. But I miss something.

The kitchen has potential, it can, but it does not seem to bring this to the plate in a consistent way. The service also very nice and strives to speak English or German, many 'Juniors' and a neat piece from the sovereignty of some restaurants. The ambience is stylistically independent and worth seeing!

We chose the 4-course menu to compose ourselves and it was a treat from beginning to end, from amuse-drinks to mignardises. creamy foods, skillfully mixing deep and acidified flavours, and a wine map that reads as an exciting book. Let us add to the contents of the plate a very pro, young and attentive staff (and open to humour) a sommelier who was not avaryed in explanations and beautiful objects wherever you look. not to mention the sublime building signed mario botta. We had a great time, and some bites were so delicious that we were having fun!

A soothing place, calm, refined dishes, a staff with small care, a wide variety of prices....that desire more.
