Tim Hortons - Windsor

Tim Hortons does have decent coffee and donuts for a fast food chain. My issue is more with the customer service. The servers are nice, but they never get my order correct. I'm basing this review on several visits. After a whole summer of wrong orders, I gave up and stopped going to Tim Hortons. My orders weren't anything complicated. It was a simply a small tea with nothing in it. I really don't like to write negative reviews, but sometimes constructive criticism is needed. Again, the food and beverages are fine in a pinch and it's convenient for people who are on the move. Overall, the place itself is clean and well kept. I just couldn't get a plain cup of tea!

Typical Tim Hortons, but the parking lot is kinda small, with options to park on the side street or across the street. The street is a dead end with a park at the end. Service: Take out Meal type: Other Price per person: CA$1–10

Unreal. Asked for 10 timbits assorted, get 9 plain and 1 sour cream glaze. Just tell us you only have plain available right now. Would of gotten donuts instead of timbits. Keeps getting worse and worse. Go to the other 2 Tim Hortons in town. Avoid this one.
