Kfc - Windsor

The restaurant is not speedy. The drive-thru window can take anywhere from 15 to 40 minutes. The food is very greasy, especially the buckets where everything is thrown in without being dried or degreased, leaving it soggy and oily. Today, I ordered 3 combo meals and a 4-piece chicken box, but when I received the bag, there was only 1 box inside. I mentioned that my order seemed incomplete, but the employee insisted that everything was in the same box. When we got home, we discovered that all of my food was crammed into one box - the 4 pieces of chicken, two small fries, and a tiny coleslaw. When I called to complain, they claimed that the missing items were "offers," but it felt like a joke. This place is overall terrible. The service is slow, orders are frequently incorrect (whether for pick-up or delivery), and the food is very greasy. The fries are always cold and disgusting, never hot. If I ever decide to return, I'll definitely check my order before leaving.

I went through the drive-thru and spent $38, but my whole order was incorrect. The only thing that was correct was the bottle of Pepsi. The chicken was cold and soggy, and overall the food was not worth the money.

On July 7th, we decided to order KFC for delivery. To our surprise, the food arrived promptly and we were impressed by the quick delivery time. The food was delicious and cooked perfectly. We were also pleasantly surprised to receive extra gravy and fries as a bonus. The delivery person was polite and overall it was a very positive experience. Thank you.

Although the chicken and the pommes were good and the server was friendly, I waited about 10 minutes to get my order at the Fast Food Restaurant.

They have changed everything from their original menu . the fries and chicken do not taste the same. the iconic green coleslaw is gone, the macaroni salad has been changed. It is just to greasey and not very flavourful. .
