Taco Bell - Windsor

Unfortunately I have to change my rating from 5 to 1 stars. we begin to have false orders consistently and they are very slow. Today we had no eating, but the front doors were closed and they don't answer the phone. we had to wait 15 minutes to get our missing food. that's not the first time that happened. they are also in dispute, but I have never had these problems with other Tacos bells.

Karen was great! I had a big job to place and had to change in the order, and she has it in order. she was so patient and so kind. I hope this restaurant recognizes what a great hired her is because next time I have to put up a large order again, I will choose taco bell over fuzzies.

My father and I went to the order dinner of taco bell?. when we came there at 18:34 clock, there was one dame before my father and me. we waited until 6:47 no one helped the woman before us. my father went to the counter and asked if the workers of the lady who waited for 10 minutes would help. a man came and said: she will wait. she doesn't like to expect. you have to wait. then the man went away. no service manager and the staff is rude and careless. my father and I do not recommend this taco bell unless they want the wrong order.

This location is absolutely horrible ?! From completely ignoring you at the drive thru! To smashed soggy food! They really don't care about customers at all! Terrible service! Terrible food! Come on Taco bell do better! Windsor deserves better!

I think it's just fast food in Windsor that I have issues with. Placed 2 orders today and missed items on both. 3 items on the first and 2 items on the second order and a few wrong items on both. I think this is the universe way of telling me to give up fast food.
