I have a Ruff day, but they went out of their way to be so incredibly friendly and thoughtful. it really helped improve my day and I am very grateful. you are all so sweet and good 10/10 stars if I could.

Cody made the best surprise me drink ever! 10/10. It was a VT Iced Chaitea Lat with brown sugar, oatmilk with cinnamon powder. He has wonderful customer service skills, too.

Everyone is so friendly, and my drinks are always consistent! Grateful this store opened here.

3 of the drinks ive gotten here were made wrong, i also tend to wait an extra 15+ minutes on all of my mobile orders

Very disappointed!! I decided to get breakfast on my way to work this morning. I was running a little ahead on my 45 minute drive to work so I had time to stop or at least I thought I did..... there was one car in the drive-thru line ahead of me at the speaker Unbelievably it took took over 15 minutes for me to get my breakfast and get back on the road. Then the sandwich was over cooked hand the bread was hard all the way through.
