Kentucky Express - Winder

This is one of the most beautiful kfcs I've ever been to. as if they don't have a code as they prepare to eat, the hawn always tastes and looks like it had been taken out of the scum 3 days before. if they are checked by food quality services, they would be closed immediately and kfcs fabric would go down a few dollars just for how bad quality everything is.

If I could give this place, I would. I went through today and a woman named patty was the one who helped me. She is the rude woman I've ever met in my life! She was snoring and you could say that she couldn't take care of her job less! She has miserably relied and as I did her nicely correct her, she was very rude to me and she was very upset. did not even have a nice day or thanks or something! and when I called the load to talk to a manager, the person said to answer the phone what, were somehow busy. I never come back!

We placed a pick up order at 9:01 thinking they were closing at 10 and it was almost $30. When we got to the place to pick it up, there was a sign that said they closed at 9. We were not informed about this after placing our order, when normally if an order is placed after closing time, the restaurant would call to let them know and refund the persons money. Not only does my family not have their dinner, but we are also out of $30.

We haven't been here for years, our last post was the last time we came and it was terrible and they gave us old soggy chicken twice. This time the food was pretty fresh and the sides were amazing. The chicken was a little bland but overall it was actually warm. It was nice after so long without it.

I called corporate today. I hope they follow up. I had three kids in the car and the lady at the window was very sweet. Her co worker/manager was awful. It was 38.06. I realized after I gave her $40 I had 6 cents. So when she opens the window I asked if I could trade the change she had in her hand plus the 6 cents for a dollar. This other girl came up acting sooooo rude And like a you know what. Telling me She can't open the drawer again. I should have figured it out and gave her the money I wanted to give her to begin with. I was stunned. Had the girl just said she couldn't open it I woulda said no prob. This other girl kept going on. I know it's not the most glamorous job but you don't have to treat people like ****. So upset. Food was disgusting and greasy. Waste. DONT GO!!!!
