Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Winchester

Came through and ordered 5 pieces spicy chicken pliers plated. my order had 1 piece of fresh chicken, and 4 pieces that looked like it was sitting for hours. a piece was a really beautiful golden color the others where hard, brown and old. when I called the load, no one answered after several call on the phone. Not sure why people think it's okay to serve old food, knowing if it was a meal for themselves, they would want everything fresh. the quality has gone so much. (winchester ky location)

The biscuits will be remembered for years to come today they were some of the best I've had, the red beans and rice and chicken was also great.

Waited 45 minutes for my food.they had no red beans and ricemy chicken sandwich was cold hard!!!!!!manager was so disrespectful. didn’t care one bit about my issues!!!!!! mad because i wanted my money back.i ordered 36 nuggets and had ZERO sauces in my bag. even asked twice for ketchup. DO NOT recommend popeyes in winchester.i’m not coming back ever again, y’all get it together.

I have too many children working for them or people who do not know what they do to take one command. eat good, but it seems to be a little worse on her order each time.

This is the worst service ever! When I placed my order. They told me to pull over. It would be a couple minutes on my chicken. I watched 12 vehicles go through the drive through behind me and received their order. After 27 minutes I went in the building to check the status of my order. I cou see piles of chicken. It took another 10 minutes before I walked out the door with my order. I will never be back. It will probably be closed soon. I would give negative stars if I could.
