Clean, friendly, attentive, reasonable, most of all GOOD. this place is still old world, i think that new owners have taken over this restaurant and are trying very hard to please the patrons. they still include bread,salad,and kindness. An appetizer of calamari was done to perfection. All plates were well prepared, and ample. items ordered; steak wrap,chicken piccata, chicken parm.,cavatelli, the sauces on all were very good, and you could chose veggies, potatoes, or pasta. Had no room for dessert they did look good, next time maybe. Go and try this little gem, you will be pleased i am sure.

Best chicken parm I have EVER had. And the rolls are phenomenal.

This used to be our go to in Winsted for pizza. Good early impressions all around. However, we had a handful of bad experiences burnt, etc., and decided to give other restaurants a try. We hadn't gone back to Noli's until today after probably 2 years figuring we'd give them another chance, but somehow the order got messed up and they never made our pie. Blacklist it is.
