I was in Shamrock Texas and googled breakfast tacos there. Shamrock tacos came up and I ordered online. When I set the directions to go, I realized that I had been abused by Google and ordered by Shamrock Tacos, which was several hours away near San Antonio. I called and explained that I was on my way from Los Angeles to Tennesse to see my sick father and was not familiar with Texas, so I had no idea of the situation. The manager said they would see what they could do. Several days I called and said she knew who I was and the problem and would call me back. I finally called today and said that the owner said there was nothing they could do if I didn't show up personally because it was an online order and maybe I should be more careful next time. I told them that it didn't make sense and was terrible customer service. I explained once again that I couldn't show up personally. I also said I didn't understand why they could somehow give me my money back since I had ordered from their website. So here's the review that resulted.
