Black Brewing - WILYABRUP

Worst experience. we'll never be here again and never recommend anyone. we arrived sharp for our booking at 12 o'clock and ordered within 10 minutes. we waited an hour for our food before we approached the staff who told us they had made a mistake and forget our order. then we had to sit outside in the rain for half an hour and wait cold for our meal. they would not sit in our inner, although it seemed that many available tables. When the food arrived, it was rushed and soggy undercooked. the people who sat on both sides of our tables complained and said they would write a bad review. that says a lot. improve their service or they will be many more customers loosing.

Beautiful location, awesome gin and great massive meals! What's not to like. And the service was excellent as well!

Great venue, live music from local band The Soul Survivors, drinks, service, friendly staff and food

Came here on a Pinnacles tour for lunch and beer/wine tasting. delicious, quick and fresh food, great scenery, incredible venue.

Wanted to ask question and buy Dune gin however was completely ignored by sales staff...perhaps I was standing in wrong spot...mmmm, certainly wasn't anything I said.Shame about the NON service
