Bidrage med feedbackWent to Duncan Donuts to try the new stuffed ham and cheese croissant.. tasted good, but it's very small.. three bites small. The coffee is the best.. friendly
I am from the northeast (Boston) and I will say during my time in Florida on a golf trip we went here every single morning. This DD is too notch and had the best coffee and breakfast sandwiches we’ve ever had. They are hard working and efficient. The guy making the bagels and sandwiches was the hardest working employee I’ve seen and has inspired me to do better in my craft. Thank you and keep up the good work you deserve to be praised both publicly and privately.
My church was having a business meeting, at the last minute we thought about having breakfast. Went to the Dunkin Donuts in Wilton Manor, where the manager is Beunka Randall. The staff was professional, courteous, smiling attentive to each guest orders. I was in out in a few minutes. Great job to Beunka the staff.
Per the last post I too had a less than desirable experience. After reading other posts left my customers it seems to be a trend there. Before even ordering the stuff were talking out loud about someone else and an order that had been picked up. They referred to a previous customer as, “them white folk”. With the way the world is going and the racial/political tension this is not how you refer to people ever, especially in your own place of work.I ordered anyways and received my meal and proceeded to check it (as I always do), right after the cook asked me in a very poor tone….”did you just check that?”. I told him “yes I always do, did that offend you?” . He says no sarcastically and I sad ok good have a great day. I was so caught off guard by this that I was confused as to why he had such a confrontational demeanor. When I was leaving I shook my head in disbelief and as I walked out the door I could hear all three of the staff laughing/mocking me. I did not feel welcomed nor comfortable being there, definitely my last time going to this DD ever again. Disgusting behavior!!!
I recently visited this location of Dunkin ' Donuts, and I must say that I was extremely disappointed with the level of service I received. My experience can be summarized in four words: poor customer service, not listening to my order, rude staff, and a less than pleasant environment.First and foremost, the poor customer service. It was evident that the staff was not adequately trained in delivering quality service. Upon entering the establishment, I waited in line patiently, but it seemed like an eternity before anyone even acknowledged my presence. When it was finally my turn to place an order, I encountered the second issue the staff not listening to what I ordered. I made my order clearly and concisely, but it was as if my words fell on deaf ears. I received a completely different order, which was not only frustrating but also a waste of my time and money. To make matters worse, the staff 's attitude was nothing short of rude. When I pointed out the mistake in my order, instead of apologizing and rectifying the situation, they responded with indifference and impoliteness. It left me feeling disrespected and undervalued as a customer.Lastly, the environment in this Dunkin ' Donuts was far from welcoming. It felt like a getto place, as you described it, with unkempt tables, dirty floors, and an overall lack of cleanliness. A place that serves food and beverages should prioritize cleanliness and hygiene to ensure the well being of its customers. In conclusion, my recent visit to Dunkin ' Donuts was a disheartening experience marked by poor customer service, staff not listening to my order, rudeness, and a subpar environment. I hope this review serves as constructive feedback for the management to improve their service quality and overall customer experience. It 's essential for establishments like Dunkin ' Donuts to prioritize customer satisfaction to retain their loyal clientele.
