Wendy's - Wilmington

The fries wasnt hot, I had no ketchup for them, no spoon, or the cheese on my chilli, no hot sauce packets! An a gd amount of the beans in my chili was undercooked! The burger was GREAT, I never been through this with Wendys never! But no1 is perfect! And I will be ordering again, because its my favorite place to eat, as far as fast food!

Do not order from Wendys at night I got my food and everything was cold its like it was rushed to much ingredients like Mayo my Crispy Chicken Sandwich and Baconator Combo was quite literally dripping with mayo, lettuce was old everything sucked

This Wendys is terrible. The food is not fresh nor hot and you can tell its just been sitting there for hours and they just reheat it. If I could post pictures on here, I would because its very clear the employees there do not care in the slightest with what they send out the door. Im also always missing things from my order as well. Last night I didnt receive the cookie I bought or my drink.

My fav part of Wendys is the amazing sauce and I have ordered several times and never once actually received the sauce I want. One time I tried to come back and ask for the sauce I didnt receive in my order and instead they made me pay for food to get more sauce and when they finally gave me what I asked for I drove away and noticed that all the bags were popped and ripped open :

I didn't want to give myself a reception. only rude and very unpleasant from the beginning. bacon were snatched cold and evil. spent $24 for cold eating. if she ordered a little froster, she says our chocolate doesn't work? So in the window I asked what she had. wow, more hire. then they brought past eating, pulled the entrance between the bags and gave out the bags and went away. I was 2min. Before she pushed the window and said I need something I said my quitting. very disappointed.
