The Felix Cafe - Wilmington

First visit and it was great. Quick seating and service. The food was very good. Crab filled mushroom appetizer was so delicious! My friend and I had the 1 choice of food basket. Flounder and shrimp, each. Very well seasoned and large proportions. Definitely back to try other dishes.

Food surpasses the menu! Started with the shrimp appetizer and was blown away. They were colossal and cooked for perfection. We had the fried flounder and sweet potatoes, excellent. Shrimp and grits better than Grandma, and she's in Charleston. The Hamburger was also excellent. But the biggest surprise was the coconut cake, moist, perfect icing not too sweet, and served at the right temperature. The menu does not compare with the taste of the food. This is our new restaurant! Also the most beautiful bartender that makes a margarita better than anyone I've ever had. Again, not syrup with just the perfect amount of tan. I can't express the attention to any and every court I had here. Go, you'll go back, guaranteed.

Beautiful decor, delicious food with large portion, great service and honest tip recommendation My family had a day trip to the beach and we accidentally found this great place. So happy after dinner there. Decor has the theme of mermaid and Macau, and they even have a live big Macau in cage in the restaurant. It squeaks and bites, so be careful. But it's nice. Eating was great, serving was great, the waitress was very attentive. If they could know more about the names of fish and corals, as shown in the 300-gallon aquarium, it will be great. Surprisingly, when the bill arrived, I noticed that the recommended tip was based on the actual food price, not including the tax. This is so honest and rare in today's restaurants. High praise!

This place is amazing. A must try! Soo unique. Coconut shrimps were announced! Praise Bisque delicious. Hummertail. Pineapple frozen drink Concoction brought me to the tropics. Ty for a great experience.

Super friendly staff! I sat next to the salt water aquarium to admire their beautiful corals and fish and the waitress showed me their mascot ? ? My pineapple shrimp fried rice came IN a pineapple, which was a nice touch to a delicious dish! Definitely give this place a visit!
