The service: I placed an online order for pick up and when I arrived to pick it up, the staff found the order but said the ticket didn 't go to the kitchen for some reason, so I had to wait 20 mins in store. The front person was kind and apologetic. The owner was standing right next to the interaction. He greeted me but didn 't address the issue. I decided to wait at the bar and have a drink while I waited. It would have been a great business practice for the owner to say hey, drinks on us for the mistake and extra wait but he did not. I eventually got my food order and left. The staff at the front apologized again on my way out. The food: The crab ragoon was very good. I ordered pork dumplings but I received shrimp dumplings. Regardless, they were good. We ordered a California roll, I know simple but all the more reason to get it right. It was not good at all. We ordered the tiger roll and it also under delivered. Lastly, we got the Lobster mango roll. This roll was very tasty and if the other two were anywhere near the same page, I 'd give a much better rating.
