Waits for an hour for our appetizers and escapes. platz was not even crowded

Everyone in the party agreed that the Pizza tasted like Chef-Boyardee. The salads were sad…nothing to them and the honey lime vinaigrette was basically just honey. The salmon was totally over cooked with no sauce. Service was very good, cocktails and beer were good.

When we arrived at 5:15, there were only 2 other parties inside the restaurant none were seated outdoors. We asked to sit outdoors and the hostess asked if we were sure. We found her question odd since it was 70 degrees and sunny. Perhaps it was a sign of things to come. We were alone at our table for 15 minutes before anyone came for our drink order. We ordered drinks and food at the same time and never saw the waitress again. We sat alone outside without any communication from any staff member for another 45 minutes. Finally, at 6:20, we left and went to another restaurant. It was our first date night in 2 whole years because of Covid and having a toddler at home. We were so looking forward to this dinner and it was such a huge disappointment. We sat for a full hour and didn't have a single thing served to us.

First timers on date night and we had a poor experience at the Wilmington (NC) restaurant. The hostess ignored our request from the OpenTable reservation for a regular table and seated us at a high top in the bar area. Our waitress left us unattended too long when the salads finally came out the shredded cheese on top of them was melted (we were also disappointed the server either didn't notice it or didn't care and served it to us anyway). Our gurgers were overcooked and the patties were smaller than you'd expect for a restaurant. We did enjoy the pretzel bites with cheese, and the tater tots, although we wanted onion rings but they were out, on a Saturday night at 5pm no less. Just signs everywhere from start to finish that this place isn't run or managed well, if managed at all. Two thumbs down.

This is a sports bar: noisy, somewhat dirty with lousy greasy food. The service though was fast and courteous. The location is adjacent to a movie theater so I’m sure post- movie business is brisk. We ate the fish and chips. Very greasy with fries that were undercooked. Coke slaw was inedible, almost rancid tasting. House margarita had almost no booze and tasted flat. Floor was littered. Won’t go back.
