Good food, but weird pricing structure when substituting a side. If you want cheese curds instead of fries, just save yourself the hassle of questioning the price and order the regular meal AND the cheese curds. It will be almost the same and you won'tfeel like you're getting scammed. I just wish they would price a substitution more like the product price difference $1-1.50)and not the whole product $3-4)! OR--if a customer is surprised by the huge jump in price and thinks it is a mistake, maybesome understanding or flexibility would help salvage the sale.

Was absolutely great eating was good, and the staff helped beautiful. it was slower because of short employees, but no problem.

Poor customer service, very poor. Extremely disappointed in the quality food. Blizzard was only half mixed, no cookies half way down. Ridiculous prices and small portions. Server was a complete B.... no answer when I tried to call. Would not recommend. Unacceptable!

Chocolate dipped cone. This is exactly how they handed it to me. I think you need to train your staff on quality. Horrible.
