There’s always growing pains with growth and change but this crew continues to show they want to make great coffee amongst a million varieties and variations. The greatest store vermont. friendly amazing team member staff. when i walk in the door great welcome with my first name and they talk to me while i wait for my coffee . i walk in one day with chest pains. EL ok the time for Pops to sit with me and comfort me. i found out that was above and beyond. i live 5 minutes away from south burlington starbucks. they would never do this and also the fact of the manager in in south burlington. on williston road was very rude to me. but getting back to williston starbucks. i love the people that work there and treat me like i am welcomed every time i walk through that door. Keep up the work. thank you for making my day great. it makes a big difference in the morning
Questionable management that fixing your hours online was abandoned for a ripped piece of paper on the door showing the “new hours”. Poor form.
This Starbucks is so poorly managed it's ridiculous. They clearly don't train people well enough if every other Starbucks in the area can make the drink perfect but they can't. And on top of that, it takes about 30 minutes to get a single drink order at any given time. With half a dozen people working, only 2 are actually doing anything. If you're one of the 2 who actually work, I'm sorry you're there dealing with that. It sucks that the others run perfectly fine.
Wrong opening times stored on Google, now closes at 2PM. Standing in front of closed doors.
