Starbucks - WILLIS

This is the first Starbucks I've been to where I was served in a glass! Thanks for being more sustainable and creating a unique experience for dining in.

Fast and easy like all Starbucks. Great little store conveniently located near my family in Houston.

Tried the caramel brûlée latte and it was a disappointing watery and sugary mess! No coffee flavor at all. The customer service was absolutely terrible!

A specific employee (will not mention name) was very rude/cold when I tried explaining that my order was probably back by the drive thru window because I ordered drive thru on the mobile app. I decided to come inside to not only make it easier for them because the drive thru was horrendously long, but it was backing up into the street and I was unable to join the drive thru line. She interrupted me twice while I was explaining kindly what was going on saying “what’s the name???” with a cold expression and rolling her eyes. I understand y’all are busy this time of year, but so is everywhere else. I work in the medical field so I know what it’s like to be busy, but the customer service is definitely lacking. I never leave reviews but this was very unprofessional. If you hate your job that much just quit. There are better options for you out there.
