Had better Mac and cheese and 12 family pack was not worth $45.00

First of all, please give the person making your biscuits a raise and a promotion so they can retrain the other stores. Only time I ever had a fluffy biscuit at KFC in my life.

I ordered original 8 pc chicken to take out and when I got home, they gave crispy chicken and it looked over cooked. This is the third bad experience I had with Willingboro , NJ . First time , they don’t know how to count and gave me 7 pc instead of 8 pc chicken, Second time the gave me the wrong pieces than what I ordered and female manager lied to defend their employee and told me I didn’t order the chicken the way I said and she was unprofessional. Today Feb 2, 2024, I ordered 8 pc original chicken and instead I got crispy fried chicken. The price is already high to be messing up like that. It ain’t worth calling for their mistakes because manager don’t care and will tell you that you didn’t order it that way . Very disappointing with this ghetto KFC. Crispy Cold, and dried chicken I received today. Horrible place to eat. If you want a getto antmosphere and cold dried chicken with employees that can’t count and unprofessional managers, this is the place to go.

Had a taste for their nuggets which I haven't had. They were dry and hard. And the drink was water with a lemon!Not a good experience!
