Bidrage med feedbackI visited the Panera Bread on Main Street in Williamsville. The store closed the café due to weather at 7:30pm. Despite employees still being inside and appearing to clean, they seemed to be staring at customers who came to the door. It felt like they didn't want to serve anyone and were using the weather as an excuse. I was not happy with the service and miss the days of accountability in the food service industry.
The advertisement for the chicken sandwich made it seem appetizing, but in reality it was disappointing. The prices for soup, salad, and sandwiches at this restaurant are extremely high. I am surprised that so many people choose to dine here.
In terms of Panera, the food was tasty and met expectations. I dined with my mother, who shares the same last name as me, and we both ordered separately on the kiosk to the right. This resulted in some confusion among the staff when assembling our orders, as they ended up combining elements from both our orders into two separate bags labeled with our names. Despite the mix-up, everything was accounted for, but the process was a bit chaotic. If we had been heading in different directions, it could have been frustrating to realize the mistake later on.
Absolutely disgusting. Dirtiest Panera bread I have ever been in. Bathroom is disgusting. Other customers telling me to clean plates for them. Do your job! I will NEVER come back to this location. Good thing your other places aren't as scuby as this oneyou would be long out of business. And your rude old customers in there you all should start cleaning plates if you want a tip!!Never again, williamsville is nice except Panera bread uggh
Food was good. Pastry was awesome. Service was iffy. Almost like she was upset to be at work. Didn't answer my questions about beads since it was my first time. Another customer stepped in and helped. Quality of food was great tho.
