Very good steakhouse restaurant in Williamston NC Excellent service small town cozy atmosphere. Highly recommend

This is an impressive dining option for the town of Williamston. I've been to other locations of Ribeyes, and this one is a finer experience. This is a dinner restaurant only, which the exception of Sunday. Decor is designed for a finer dining experience, as is the staff. Once I was seated by my server and provided a menu, another person came to the table to take my order. The menu shows the steak options and mentions that they can customize your steak selection. This person is there to help with that customization if desired. I went with an 8 oz. ribeye, sweet potato, and salad bar. The salad bar has a good variety and is kept well-stocked and clean. My steak was cooked as requested and had a wonderful flavor. The sweet potato was delicious as well. Very pleasant dining experience.

The overall big picture is extremely well done. The place is clean. The restrooms are maintained and the dining room also appears to be very clean. Everything looks fresh and tidy. The employees are very polite and try to give you the best service that they can, and the service provided is extraordinary. The atmosphere is calm, yet it is busy. It is a very healthy mixture of calm and bustling. The food was very satisfactory. The meat was cooked wonderfully and the baked potato was just the perfect texture, but one thing is that the food did take the longer side to be served. It took 40-45 minutes which is a little long, but the food was worth the wait, for it was filling and savory, so I would come again. I would recommend this place for others to visit.

Outstanding! We ordered the large ribeye and shared it, it was a great value. We definitely plan on coming back. The vegetables and potatoes were cooked perfectly.

Food was really good, steak cooked perfectly, broccoli a little undercooked but not raw. Server was a touch unprofessional, ignored me first to talk with a friend first who sat down after me. Openly talked about coworkers in a negative way, didn't seem like she had any real training for the restaurant business. Other than that it was good!!
