Hardee's - WILLIAMSTON

I ordered hot ham and cheese flour. It's too long to come to me, wait 20 minutes, is too long in a ride through order. The French fries were cold. Maybe it was just a bad day at Hardees and I chose him.

The food was hot and tasty, service was somehow slow, employees do not wear masks.

I was through this location a little later than traditional dinner one night. I waited at least 5 minutes for the ride thru before I was even recognized; then said, wait longer. After a period of 7 or 8 minutes I was allowed to place my order. Staff at the other end of the speaker was rude and very short with me. I ordered a combo and an additional milkshake, but was immediately told that they had no chocolate, I asked about vanilla, then I was told that the machine was broken. It seems that this could have been the answer when I asked for chocolate, but whatever. Staff on the window was the same I treated with the speaker, his rude inadequacy continued through the duration of our transaction. There were several cars sitting in front of me waiting for food. Once I finally got mine, the food was fine. I just feel like a little customer service has gone far in the night.

I was only at Hardees maybe a dozen times, but every time I get through, it's fast, even if I order something special. The food is hot and delicious. The only reason they don't get 5 stars is that they left my sauces and straw a few times.

There were not enough employers waited a long time for food but it was fresh and hot they were out of their newest burger and did not offer to make my coupon good for something they could fix.
