Tipsy Beans Cafe' - Williamsburg

We did not even get a chance to see what the hype was about, the lady at the counter was rude af and talking on her phone while she was supposed to be helping customers. When me and my family walked in there was another family standing waiting and when they got seated she told us in the nasty tone that we were unable to stand in the restaurant while we waited for our table. I am here visiting and I will never give them my business Service: Dine in

First of all shout out to the Manager! She was professional, courteous and ran a tight ship. Not an easy thing to do. Her staff was amazing! Now to the food. The shrimp and grits were delicious! Best I've had in years. The home fries...I dreamt about them later that night. The cooks deserve a raise!! Also, just to let you know, they are really busy during breakfast time. If you do not want to wait a long time I suggest going after 1 p.m as my husband and I did. At that point, It took only about 10-15 mins to be seated. I will most certainly be returning!! Thank you to all the staff at Tipsy Bean! You guys rock.
