Chanello's Pizza - Williamsburg

Decided to finally give this place an attempt to Williamsburg this year. The pizza was okay. It wasn't great, but not bad. The cheeseries could have been better because they were $6 for a very small part. However, I will say that the guy on the counter was very polite, and I appreciate that.

Pizza used to be great, but every time I ordered the last 4 times, the pizza was raw. Like Legit still smokey. I spent over $120 on an order for the manager only $10 out of the next order was an insult. I didn't order there. For months.

That was terrible. You're open for 3:00 to throw my wings right. I don't want my wings swimming in sauce. Only tormented and covered, as you know, do all pizzas and wings. Service was very moderate. I thought we bothered her at 1045 when you close at 3. Trash

Open late, that was great. The prices were reasonable, but the food was average. The garlic knots were Pillsbury killers with garlic powder and butter. Definitely under standard for a foodman, but the Greek salad was stacked. The grilled chicken I ordered to enjoy the Greek salad was Tyson or perdue frozen chicken fillets. Just cuddly and was expelled.

Visiting here with my family was a great vacation until we stopped here leaving the beach. This was the only place open. My husband and I was waited on by one guy with long curly black hair. Who was pretty nice. We walked back to the truck and realized we wanted more wings. I walked back to order more and this white guy would not wait on me because I had coffee cup in my hand filled with water. He said it?s no drinking in the store. I said excuse me? He said I can not wait on you with that cup in your hand. I said sir I was just in here with this cup coming back to add to my order . He stated maybe the other guy was not paying you any attention. I won?t wait on you until you put the cup down. I sat my come down. Then he said no out the door. At this point I believe he was being either racist or an assehole. He started helping the guy behind me. Skipping over me because of this cup. I placed it out side. The only reason I didn?t cancel my order is because of the kids being hungry. Other than that this place would have not got my money. Food was great wings delicious. Customer service 0.
