Astronomical Pancake Waffle House

Great local spot to get a wonderful breakfast spread. The restaurant is very clean, food tastes great, and the service was friendly. Despite being a fairly busy this morning, they appeared to be pretty efficient as well. Also our waitress was working all the tables on one side of the restaurant, and she did a fantastic job. So kudos to her ! Recommend this place highly.

Astronomical is definitely a true adjective to describe this place! I ordered the Tropical Pancake (banana pancake. They offered two, but I only asked for one. I was only able to finish about half of it due to it being so large! The flavour was great and our waitress was awesome and attentive!

Waffle was big,light and fluffy on the inside with a little crunch on the outside. Thick cut bacon was not overly salty and touch of natural sweetness. I like mine crispy but you can ask for it less crispy is you like. Will definitely come back when Im craving waffles!

The food was good the strawberry cheesecake frenchtoast was my 1st choice followed by the cinnamon roll pancake as a close 2nd. The caramel apple pancake was good too and so was the bacon, however the bacon has pieces of bacon bits throughout the pancake so you had a soft pancake with crunchy pieces of bacon which threw me of a little. The pancakes were the size of the plates. The order comes with 2 unless you only want one... might as well get 2 and save half of it. The tap water taste horrible and they didn't have bottled water as an option which is the only thing I didn't like so I didn't drink anything both days. At most restaurants I can add lemon to help the taste but my kids said no don't try it won't help, and they said the water made their stomach hurt.

Their pancakes are most definitely 'Astronomical '! Our server was super sweet and did a wonderful job. And they serve the best grits I 've ever had! Great family environment as well. Definitely recommend!
