KFC - Willetton

I had a great experience during my first visit to this restaurant, but my second visit was disappointing. Initially, I was pleased with the service provided by a young waiter. He suggested that I try the family box, which was more affordable. I was under the impression that the box would contain nine pieces of chicken, consisting of 2 chests, 2 thighs, 2 drumsticks, and 2 wings. However, when I returned home, I discovered that I had been given 5 wings, 2 drumsticks, and 2 breasts. I was quite upset about this mix-up and despite the food being tasty, I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

I ordered the Friends and Family Buckets at this restaurant and there was so much left over. Even after reheating it, the food still tasted perfect. The staff was nice and friendly.

I stood at the counter for 5 minutes waiting to be acknowledged, feeling invisible. While the restaurant was moderately busy, a simple "we will be with you in one minute sir" would have made a big difference. Overall, a disappointing experience for lunch.

We get out of the country and this time I wanted KFC. After dramas at Maccas at Carousel, I was just not sure if I wanted to. Day I chose the Water Corps had a part of the Nicholson road open so that I had spent an hour with what should have taken me 20 minutes. I was hoping I wouldn't be disappointed. Chicken was nice and hot. Chips a little warm, but I could live with it. Considering that it was in the middle of the afternoon and not the peak time it was surprisingly the number of people in the store.

The queue was ridiculous and only one checkout chick on the premisesI had to wait for my turn for what felt like an eternity.
