Cookout - Wilkesboro

We stayed here on the way through travel. You did a great job to make our order right. They were careful to go through our order and make sure it was right. They were pretty fast. The only thing I would say is that for some reason the burgers simply don't have the same big grill taste they used to have. Maybe it's just us, but they seem different now. Overall, they did a good job and we enjoyed our lunch.

My family eats here at least once a week. Despite the fact that they are usually wrapped around the building, they are fast and efficient. I don't remember a time when they didn't get our order right! The food is good and the service is great!

Stuck in the ride thru over an hour and half and after we had to change the order each their request and wait 20 more min pure food was still wrong. Melted Shake, false sides, cold BLT (PHOTO) soggy bun literally wet top bung w/ burned Bacon, and lacks the L T and Mayo. The driving employee was the only part of this experience that cannot be included in this complaint, he was one of the better.

The food was good, but the service was very slow. It seemed like there were 2 people working there, 1 in the back and 1 in the register. It took 20 minutes to order 10 more. Besides, it was very good.
