Watch out for unlawful tip increases!!! Our bill came to 42$. I paid with my credit card and wrote a total of 50$ on our tab, that was 42$ for the meal AND an 8$ tip 50$. I looked at my credit card on line transaction and the person who enter the total gave themselves a 50$ tip!!! So our meal was charged at 92$!!!!! I drove to Texas Roadhouse the next week and spoke to a manager who wrote down the last 4 digits of my card number and said that I would be refunded the 42$ within 3 5 business days never happened. Stopped by TR a second time and spoke to a different manager and was told that another manager [Christine] would be calling me the next day to straighten things out never happened.
