Bidrage med feedbackI received the incorrect order from KFC, and when I contacted the restaurant they refused to take responsibility, despite me ordering through the KFC app. I had to contact Uber's call center in India to request a refund, which took over an hour on the phone. KFC refused to resend the order, leaving me with no food. They also mentioned it would take 10 days to receive the refund. I would recommend avoiding this place.
I entered the restaurant when it was empty and although the place looked fine, the young man who served me seemed unenthusiastic and uninterested. He was not polite and did not inquire if I wanted anything else when I placed my order. It felt like he was rushing me to order so he could leave the register quickly. My order arrived and the Kansas BBQ bites were good, but when I took a bite of my wrap, I immediately noticed it was incorrect. Upon opening it, I found that there was no salad or sauce, just two chicken fillets. I returned to inform them of the mistake, and they provided me with a new wrap without any apologies or communication. The staff appeared to be in need of training, and it was unclear if there was a manager on site.
I was shocked by my last visit to this restaurant. It was incredibly filthy, with overflowing bins and trash scattered across the floor. The staff consisted only of young boys, one of whom didn't even know how to properly clean a table. The wait time was absurdly long and the atmosphere was unsettling with flies buzzing around and more trash littering the space.
This used to be the best KFC, not anymore. The chicken and gravy were extremely salty and the chips were overcooked almost burned. I won't be going back
Ordered and missing food, called kfc and they advised to call Uber eats! No help whatsoever. Chicken tasted like it had been sat there all day. Burned and not nice. Totally spoiled it. Will not be goin back. Absolute waste of money. This used to be the best kfc but omg last couple of times it’s been very poor!
