Wurstelstand am Hohen Markt - Wien

I hate to admit it..... but when all the Viennese restaurants are closed or don’t have any tables ..... don’t throw your arms up in disappointment....just go here and get a KaseKrainer. We hit it twice while recently in Vienna and it’s delicious!! The only...annoying thing is...... beggars and drunks! However, the sausage overrules the annoyances.

I've tried 3 tipes of sausages, and because where we come from, we also have this kind of food, I must say that they were very tasty and well prepared.

We ordered 3 types. They are both tasty but you can feel a little salty. Therefore, u should order something to drink. They have mayonnaise, mustard and pepper. We only tried mayonnaise and fortunately it is so much great. By the way, bread is normal...(definitely not my style)

Not the first visit, and not the last either! Amazing sausages, enormous choice of drinks. Pickles salted, not marinated. Definitely our favorite wurstelstand in Vienna

Enjoyed s a sausage and bread as the Travel Man did. Quite a few sausages to choose from and makes a for a cheap snack compared to some of Vienna expensive places top eat. Located just around corner from some of Vienna's cheap designer shops.
