Wendy's - Wichita

Fast food on a holiday is always a hit or miss affair food workers may have been 'voluntold ' to work, tempers are short, customers are rude, and everyone is stressed. This is the norm, HOWEVER, this was definitely not our experience at Wendy 's on Harry in Wichita. The crew working when we stopped in for lunch around 11:30 on Christmas Eve Day was great. Not only did they get our food out quickly, they were super friendly, and our cashier Tera was fantastic, and had a great sense of humor. We don 't live in Wichita, but if we did, we 'd definitely be back. Thanks for the great service!

Staff is polite and courteous. It seems something is always missing from my order though. Tonight it was the oecans in my apple pecan salads. It is a wonderful salad that each component plays its part. Maybe the fifth time something was missing. Something needs attention

The service was slow. paid for my eating in the window and was asked what my order was after I had paid (roll eyes). Careless..unmotivated employees

It was slower service. men in training. ordered from 4 meals 1 was wrong.

I love wendys menu if you want to know what happened to wendys from now on the restaurant has gone and temporarily closed I think they will build new ones that I hope!
