Wendy's - Wichita

Got a single and the meat was cold like it came out of the fridge the cheese was cold and not even started to melt. Mgr said he'd make me a fresh one. When I asked if they are all fresh he said ...yes. Not sure how we got a cold burger then ya know. Prices up quality down. Not eating there anymore

It had been more than 10 years since we've eaten at Wendy's so we thought we'd give it a try since we were at an event so close. Ordered from the app after I installed it. Husband ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and garlic fries. I ordered their bourbon bacon cheeseburger and fries. Now I know why we've not eaten there in over a decade. Of course nothing looked like it did on the menu. The chicken was very dry. The only thing good about the burger was the crispy onions. My fries were cold, tasteless, and it's ordered sauces just in case(we were less than a block away. And they didn't add any of the sauces that were requested to the bag. The garlic fries were ok, they were the only part of the meal we both didn't hate. I won't need another reminder meal to steer clear again. Quickly removed my email and card from the app prior to uninstalling.

This might by the worst Wendy's in Wichita. I'd rather drive 20 minutes elsewhere then go here. Service is always slowwwww. Half the time the food is incorrect and the other half of the time they don't have half the items on the menu. Just go somewhere else.

I have tried this location a few times. It is honest to say that quality depends at what time you go there. I have had bad food. Then other times, the food was nice and hot. Fresh not burned. Fresh french fries versus old fries.

The food was okay nothing special. The prices have got way out of hand not sure if we'll ever go back to Wendy's
