Starbucks - Wichita

Stopped by shortly after 8 and was greeted by the drive immediately. when we arrived and the window was our barista really friendly. the drinks were delivered within minutes and I must say that the hot caramel macchiato I probably had one of the best in years. I should mention that I enjoyed them all, but this was for the caramel taste. what a great experience!

After waiting for 35 minutes, I got this and the guy who works, did all the other people order before and after me and he did not my order, I asked him, he said he gave him another person after waiting for 10 minutes no one still doing my order I went and asked him, he saw that no one does and he said they will do it and after 10 more minutes he began to do it and he gave it to me 5 minutes. I don't know why we get this kind of experience. many people before me and after me got their order within this 35-45 minutes time. I waited 35-45 minutes to get a Mocha cookie. never recommend after this experience.

Third time in two weeks they have waited for over 30 min for my mobile order. One they were just slow. The second they said they didn't have the mobile order. Had to show my mobile receipt to the manager to get what I ordered. The third time they didn't have decaf beans. After waiting and then having to ask about the order is how I found out. IDK maybe post a sign that they don't have decaf. Better yet, put just the empty cup there so I would grab and then inquire. Also, guess the days of getting compensated for bad service are over, even at Starbucks. Especially at this one. I'm going to drive 5 miles out of the way to avoid this starbucks. You should do the same.

I LOVE the baristas here. They're so nice every time I go in, and I go in a lot. I definitely recommend this one over the other Starbucks in Wichita.
