Ninza Sushi (west) - Wichita

Low quality fish. Gyoza tasted freezer burnt. Not sure who I'm more disappointed in, Ninza for making subpar sushi, or Wichitans for not knowing any better and giving this place 4+ stars.Food: 1/5

I absolutely love the sushi here. BUT the servers are just not nice. I order from here a good 6 or more times a month and I always ask for extra sauce because it’s not an option to add when ordering. I never get it. And when I ask for it again person… and even say I have no issue paying for the extra (because I get it)…. I am met with attitude and treated like it’s rude of me to ask for more than one eel sauce when I’m ordering multiple rolls or a big box of sashimi. I don’t get it. Add it to the menu to pay for if you don’t want people to ask for extra. It isn’t hard.

Food was a solid 2.5/5. Bento box was 4/5. I would recommend that. I work in a Sushi restaurant and know what good sushi tastes like. This is not it. Rolls are maybe 3/5. Fried rice is not very good at all and you only get a cup of it for $7. Save yourself some trouble and find a different one. Not sure how there are so many 5/5 ratings..

The sushi was delicious, fresh and beautifully assembled (the chef was a true artist). my order was to-go and was well packaged. Atmosphere rating is simply from a quick in and out but I would definitely eat there as it seemed well decorated and laid out with friendly staff.Food: 5/5
