Mcdonald's - Wichita

The drive thur had only 3 cars, but took the girl 5min to take my order. a car moved next to me and they first took their order. when I got my order, they threw the fries into the bag. we have shown to the young, who has given us our order and the pommes have just been thrown in. I asked him if they were just throwing the fires in the bag and he said, I'd give it out if you want to know you're coming in. in everything he was very rude! I will not go back soon

If they plan to visit kansas, they do not stay in the hotels near this mcdonald 's. it is one of their NUR food options! and despite the fact that their website and google say they are 24 hours, or that their door says that the lobby closes around 11 clock, they close everything around nine. they were super rude, and (I can only assume that this was a manager or something) a random person from the outside, not in uniform in the back kitchen area, with washed hands and no hair net. (still had her handbag thrown over her shoulder, so she was not for work and who interviews around 9 o'clock). to be honest, it seemed as if they had all met since they came in and embraced one of the people who prepping the food, who then did not wash their hands after they had touched them. they ignored me while they had their little reunification, then they finally came to tell me that they wouldn't serve me because they turned off the register. So I asked why they couldn't ring me on those who they were using for the journey through, and he said he couldn't, I did the thing that their door says 11 and google says 24 hours, and he just said, I don't know what to say. incredible and disgusting. the person at the theke refused to serve me during their working hours while they served other customers, because they were seriously lacking customer service and basic hygiene. would give 0 stars if possible, this is more a warning for other traveling.

We were at the location west kellogg and dugan rd, it was very disappointing to have to wait for 2 big fries for 15-20 minutes. we had to go back through the line because the manager and one of the employees forgot that we waited in one of the tracks. the manager did not apologize after he realized how long we waited. He was messing around with one of the workers while we wait outside.

Every time I get to this place, they can't get my order right.

Some of the most amazing staff you'll ever find at this location they're efficient and friendly but McDonald's ruined this location with the remodel they made it really corporate with 30 minute time limits to eat and you can't even pour your own drink and again the friendly staff are the only thing saving this from being one star because at least they will get your drink out quick and most importantly correctly (I had a no ice drink and typically the no ice gets forgotten they did great making sure it was right)
