Huddle House - Wichita

Chasidy made a great waitress. very attentive to our needs and super friendly. the kind of service they want to return. food was delicious

Huddle house has always been a favorite of mine but this one here in Wichita makes me not want to eat it again. I will never order it again because my order is never right. I gave them 5the benefit of the doubt several times but I'm over it. They send you food with no silverware even when you request it. Pancake with no syrup. So now I'm stuckk at work and can't even eat my food because I have no silverware. Thanks for messing up my breakfast.I had to come back and edit this post because now I'm really 38 hot... so I'm sitting at work with my mouth set on pancakes and I can't even eat it because of course NO SYYRUP. So now I have to starve until I leave work at 1.

Great good abs place to dine in but such bad management I haven’t seen in my life. This has happened to me 3rd week in a row. I called in 3rd Sunday in a row to place an order and they left me on hold for 30 mins . I cut the call to call again and phone is not reachable. I know Sunday mornings are busy but you don’t need to tell someone to hold for a second. If you busy I get it just simply say that we are sorry but not taking orders on call but don’t put me on hold for 30 mins. Management needs to do something about it. Open more locations , hire more staff or shut this place too but do something . That’s not the way to run a business.

The BEST coffee we've ever had. Our family went for breakfast and all of our meals were amazing. The waiter was great and came to check on us very often to fill up our coffee.

Use to enjoy eating there. i’m a former employee, when i went there tonight it was a total waste of my money. service was terrible food was either burnt or not cooked at all. our food was cold like it was sitting out and the taste was unbearable. i highly don’t recommend going also due to the fact that the workers had to respect for each other and or their customers. i use to feel welcomed, now i feel like it’s a complete circus show. store was not properly cleaned to Covid-19 other virus spreadings, and the workers didn’t care about their customers. they just either sat and talked to each other or played on their phones. never going again.
