Arby's - Wichita

The staff is always welcoming and cheerful. The food is cooked to order, ensuring it arrives hot and fresh every time.

For eating I like the sides more than the sandwiches/ wraps. I can't go wrong with her ugly pommes. the bratbeef was not the best in comparison to other franchises that have it. very friendly and attentive staff with fast service.

Dreadful service, cold eating. wrong eating. Too bad I didn't check first after driving thru. calls back and has not received any help. they were quite satisfied to give me a “berry” and to continue.

There were new 'white cheddar' mac and cheese was disgusting, but others then that lol it was good eating

The manager (assumed) told us that the lobby was closed and that there were only two people working. Didn’t apologize and pushed us out the door… Walked in the lobby to be told the lobby was closed, no sign and the doors were NOT locked.
