Mcdonald's - Wichita East

Everything that we ordered was wrong, the fries were hard and gross, and we didn’t get part of our meal.

All of my food was wrong and old. My fries were hard as a rock and drinks were wrong.

Food is OK but check orders before you go. They can't count mcnuggets always 17 or 18 when supposed to be a 20 piece and they give just a few condiments then charge you for more. they cannot get right how many mcnuggets you should get or fries but they dam sure count your sauces. They say 3 sauces is enough for 20 nuggets and if you want extra you pay

1/4 pound cheese burger combo in the drive thru. I live two minutes around the corner, I eat in the car, starving I eat a completely cooled off cheeseburger, fries were mildly warm. Guess I have to eat at the window for a little heat. Soda was good.

Meh. McDonald’s is always a hit or a miss, and mostly a miss. My order is wrong at least half of the time and that doesn’t happen at other fast food restaurants. Doesn’t seem to matter what location, they just don’t take pride in their work. The food is great when prepared correctly and it’s hot. Rarely happens. The kids love it though. ‍ ️
