They forget the Au Jus sauce for my French Dip like 70% of the time. How hard could it possibly be to remember to include DIP with a French DIP

I was working for Grubhub tonight when I was picking up an order. I had to wait a bit, not too long, however while I waited for the food to be done, Gail here at the west st location had excellent customer service and I hope she’s recognized for that. Even though I could tell it had been a long day for all of them, they all still had smiles and great customer care. Thank you, Gail!
